How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you wish to purchase, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your delivery information and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the order details. If you need assistance with your order do not hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to help.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple pay, Google pay and other secure payment options. Select your preferred method during the checkout process.
Can I change my oder after it's placed?
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it upon request. Please contact us as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.
What's your returns policy?
Our return policy allows you to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be in their original condition with all tags attached, unused and unwashed. For more details on returns, please refer to our Refund policy for more info.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, you can log into your account and select the return option. Alternatively, you can also contact our customer support team at sales@saxonfg.co.uk stating your order number.
What are the estimated delivery times?
The estimated delivery time depends on your location, products purchased and the delivery method selected during checkout. Most deliveries usually take 3-5 business days from purchase. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information. If you need your order sooner you can contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes we do! Please follow instructions at checkout or contact us for assistance.
Are our products authentic?
Yes, all our products are authentic and sourced from reputable manufacturers and wholesalers. We are absolutely dedicated to providing genuine MMA equipment and gear to our customers.
Where are your products stocked?
We are a UK based company and most of our products are held and shipped from the UK. On some occasions, our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers.
Will I be charged customs duty for deliverys from overseas?
There should be no addtional charges for UK customers but if you are contacted by our courier reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll gladly cover the charges. Non UK customers are responsible for covering any customs charges incurred.
